TrafficForce is a content distribution and marketing automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how TrafficForce handles information when connecting to supported third-party platforms and distributing content.
Information We Process
TrafficForce may process product information, content, public URLs, images, campaign identifiers, traffic information, and authorized third-party account information necessary to perform content distribution, tracking, analytics, and optimization.
Third-Party Platform Access
TrafficForce may connect to third-party services such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, search engines, and other authorized distribution platforms. Access is used only after the account owner authorizes the connection.
TrafficForce does not sell third-party account credentials or use them for unauthorized purposes.
Pinterest Integration
When TrafficForce is authorized to access Pinterest, it may use permitted Pinterest API functionality to create and publish Pins, access the authenticated account's boards and Pins where authorized, and obtain performance information where permission has been granted.
Pinterest access is used only for accounts explicitly authorized by the account owner. TrafficForce does not attempt to access unrelated Pinterest accounts or private data without authorization.
Access Tokens and Credentials
API access tokens and other credentials are stored as protected environment secrets and are not intentionally displayed publicly or embedded in public website pages.
Traffic and Analytics Data
TrafficForce may record information such as impressions, outbound clicks, traffic source, medium, country, device type, conversions, and associated revenue for attribution and performance optimization.
Marketing Consent and Audience Expansion
TrafficForce loads Meta marketing measurement and sends website conversion signals only after a visitor chooses to allow marketing measurement. These signals may help Meta deliver advertisements to relevant or similar audiences according to the advertiser's Meta settings. TrafficForce does not obtain a visitor's private follower list and does not secretly contact their followers.
Visitors may voluntarily share a page using a referral URL. Referral codes are used to measure how publicly shared links spread and do not reveal the identity of private social-media followers.
How Information Is Used
Information processed by TrafficForce is used to publish authorized content, attribute traffic, measure campaign performance, improve organic distribution, optimize content, and provide reporting.
Data Sharing
TrafficForce shares information with third-party platforms only when required to perform an authorized action, such as publishing content or submitting a public URL for discovery. TrafficForce does not sell personal information.
Data Retention
Operational and analytics information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide TrafficForce functionality, maintain records, measure performance, and comply with applicable requirements.
Revoking Access
Users may revoke a third-party platform connection through the relevant platform's account settings. Access credentials may also be removed from TrafficForce's environment configuration to disable future API access.
Security
TrafficForce uses reasonable technical measures to protect credentials and operational data, including storing sensitive API credentials as environment secrets rather than exposing them in public source pages.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as TrafficForce features and integrations change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
